Motability is a nationwide scheme designed to help people with mobility issues spread their wings. Anyone who qualifies for the scheme can choose a brand new car, have it modified to suit their needs, and enjoy a range of other benefits.

No. Provided you receive one of four qualifying allowances, and it has at least 12 months left, you’re welcome to apply for the scheme.
