PART-EXCHANGE Is your part-exchange valuation guaranteed?

Yes, provided you’ve described your car’s condition accurately, answered all the questions correctly and read and understood our part-exchange Terms & Conditions.

Can I use part-exchange as a deposit for my car purchase?

You certainly can. Depending on its value, you can use it as all or part of your deposit. Please note: if there is any outstanding finance on your vehicle, this will need to be settled first. Whatever’s left of the settlement can then be put towards your deposit.

What do I do if my part-exchange is worth more than the car I want to buy?

As long as there’s no outstanding finance on it, we’ll happily refund the difference once you’ve taken delivery of your new vehicle.

Can I part-exchange two vehicles as part of my order?

Yes, provided you own both vehicles or have the permission of the owner to use their vehicle in a part-exchange deal. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Can I remove the part-exchange element of my order at any time?
